If your team has a few go-to item formats you reuse again and again, this update is for you! It brings one of the most requested features to Nuclino, along with several other enhancements that make everyday work easier.
Here’s a quick look at what’s new.
You can now turn any item into a reusable template – perfect for things like meeting notes, project briefs, checklists, and more. Just set it up once and reuse it whenever you need to save time and stay consistent.
To create a template, click Make template in the item menu:
Templates are created and used at the workspace level. Click the red +
button and select Templates to view, use, or remove the available templates.
We’ve also added a handy new search filter – simply type +templates
into the search bar and press Enter
to quickly find all templates in the current workspace.
Matterport tours can now be embedded directly into your content. It's great for virtual walkthroughs of properties, event spaces, offices, or anything else you'd like to show in 3D.
Bringing your content over from Confluence is now smoother and more accurate. We’ve made several improvements to help your imported pages look and behave the way you expect:
Gliffy diagrams are now supported and properly included in the import.
Attachments macros are handled more reliably, so linked files won’t go missing.
No more random gaps – empty lines are now automatically removed during import.
It's often the details that define the entire experience. Here are some of the improvements we've released since our last update:
If you need to replace an image, you can now easily do it using the right-click menu, no need to delete and re-upload it.
Workspaces now support up to 50 fields (up from 30), giving you more flexibility for organizing your content.
Satellite view is now available for embedded Google Maps.
You can now use diff syntax highlighting in code blocks, making it easier to review changes.
Callouts at the end of your content will now be followed by an empty paragraph automatically, making editing and formatting easier.
