Comments

Collaborating on content just got easier! We're excited to announce the addition of comments, the by far most requested feature. Simply select some text, add a comment, and get feedback from your team. The video above says it all.

Syntax highlighting in code blocks

syntax_highlighting

We did a major update of code blocks for all the folks that are using Nuclino to collaborate on technical docs. Improvements include:

  • Syntax highlighting for 20+ programming languages

  • Better behavior of tabs to indent code

  • Easier to select the code of an entire code block (press cmd/ctrl + A)

Single sign-on (SSO)

Our new single sign-on (SSO) support now lets you and your team log in to Nuclino via Google and other SSO providers. This makes using Nuclino even easier and more secure. If you're interested in setting up SSO for your team, check our the guide in the help center.

Other small but impactful changes

  • You can now export items as a Word document.

  • You can now add external links to existing text via the menu. Just select some text, choose the link button, and enter a URL.

  • You can now invite team members via a shareable link. It's up to you if you want to invite team members directly via email or send them a link yourself.

  • You can now set the roles of team members while you invite them.

  • Viewing an item in a workspace you're not joined now makes this obvious and let's you join in one click.
